INSPIRED BY NASA AESTHETICS AND THE IDEA OF EXPLORATION THE COLLECTION REINTERPRETS THE SPACE IMAGINARY THROUGH A LOCAL HUMOROUS AND CONTEMPORARY LENS SCIENTIFIC CODES MERGE WITH ARGENTINIAN IDENTITY AND BESTIA’S VISUAL LANGUAGE
THE COLLECTION ALSO REVISITS THE ROLE OF WOMEN IN SPACE EXPLORATION CHALLENGING TRADITIONAL NARRATIVES AND CELEBRATING DIVERSITY OF BODIES AND IDENTITIES THE GARMENTS FUNCTION AS UNIFORMS TO INHABIT THE UNKNOWN FROM A PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE WITH HUMOR IRONY AND ATTITUDE

THE UNIVERSE OF THE FIRST EGG ON THE MOON MATERIALIZED AS A COLLECTIVE EXPERIENCE. YEY HOUSE WAS TRANSFORMED INTO A SPACE BASE: A CROSSING BETWEEN NASA AESTHETICS AND THE BESTIA IMAGINARY, WHERE IMAGINATION INVITED EVERY VISITOR TO BECOME THE ASTRONAUT OF THEIR OWN ADVENTURE.
EVERYDAY OBJECTS REINTERPRETED —BOXED WINE, VACUUM-SEALED PICADAS, VIGILANTES WRAPPED IN METALLIC PAPER— BUILT A POSSIBLE, FAMILIAR AND DISTINCTLY ARGENTINIAN MOON.
THIS WAS NOT A FASHION SHOW, NOR AN EVENT: IT WAS A LIVING PRESENTATION, WHERE GARMENTS AND WOMEN WERE ELEVATED AS SPATIAL WORKS OF ART. TWELVE BODIES OF DIFFERENT AGES AND IDENTITIES INHABITED THIS NEW LUNAR CONTINENT, DECENTERING THE IDEA OF A SINGLE BEAUTY IDEAL AND INVITING ALL WOMEN TO BE PART OF THE BESTIA UNIVERSE.
